Slide the incoming call options menu to On

When you receive a call that you want to record, answer it. Then press 4 on your keyboard to start recording. Press 4 again to stop recording.
ATTENTION: When you tap 4 to record a call, a voice will announce that recording has begun, so there is no way to record a live call without the other person knowing.
Also be aware that your call recordings are stored in the Voicemail tab of the Google Voice app.
